Goof Up by Hostmantis Shared Hosting in Singapore

Summary:HostMantis migrated the server for my wife’s painting site. They sent me the wrong server settings! And they were not even apologetic about it.Result: Website was down for multiple days.BackgroundIn Late October,They moved servers for my shared hosting account in Singapore. This week, while I was away on vacation, wife’s website has one awol. Backups missing, database missing (from account, cPanel defaults to the old server).Sunday morning surprise! Fortunately, yes, backups available.
